• Pay agreed fees when due.

However, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages or loss of profit arising from use of the site, or from service interruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control (such as third-party provider outages or force majeure). In all cases, our total liability to a client shall not exceed the amounts actually paid for the service giving rise to the claim.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Disputes shall first be addressed amicably; otherwise, the competent judicial authorities in Saudi Arabia shall have jurisdiction.
